 Why We Created Lulu & Popper™

Lulu & Popper™ was created from love, loss, gratitude, and the kind of memories that stay with you forever.

After the loss of someone deeply special to us, we found ourselves reflecting on the little things that matter most – the love shared between family, the magic of childhood, and the everyday moments that quietly become lifelong memories.

Jennifer’s father shared an especially beautiful bond with Alyssa’s two children, Lulu and Popper. He adored them deeply, and they loved him just as much. One of the greatest lessons he passed on to all of us — especially the children – was the importance of gratitude, kindness, love, and appreciating the little moments in life.

Together, we decided to create Lulu & Popper™ as a way to honor his legacy, preserve those memories, and share those same values with other families through meaningful stories for children.

As the first book in our “A Grateful Heart” series, this story is centered around gratitude, kindness, love, family, and the little moments that quietly shape childhood in the most meaningful ways.

More than a children’s book, this is a living tribute to a man who loved fully, gave endlessly, and reminded everyone around him what truly matters.
